Just make sure its natural bristle so you won't scratch your skin.I bought a natural bristle, long handled shower brush for $2.00 at a local discount store. I can't afford the fancy stuff. Some skin brushing sites I studied said you could also use a luffa sponge, I tried it, but it was a little too rough for the body, but great on the feet.
