Re: Skin brushing side effects?

Au contrare!

Skin brush massage is one of the healtiest things you can
do for your skin.
Short term it stimulates the circulation, increases
toxin release, removes dead skin so the gas exchange
is improved, the need of moisturization is reduced, but
if any lubrication is used it will absorb much better
since the barrier of dead skin is gone. That alligator
skin can be virtually eliminated.
It's all good!!
Long term it is like exercise for the skin.
The skin is brighter, wrinkles will be far less.
Exfolliation has been used for centuries, weather it
is with salt, sugar, loofa or body brush, we need
to remove the dead skin for a healthy outer covering.
The skin is not only the largest protective organ, it
is also the largest eliminative organ. So keeping it
healthy for a life time, you can stay much younger looking
and have a vibrant glow FOREVER!!
Hope this helps, Carm :)
