Hello All,
Skin brushing is the only thing I have ever found that will diminish of even eliminate cellulite. I have always been plagued with the unsightly condition of cellulite. Years ago I let myself go when I was in my 20ies , so I picked up my socks and started an exercise program (along with drinking lots of water) and added the body brushing. The results where amazing. The combination of the three actually got rid of the cellulite. In the last 2 years I have fallen of the wagon and the cellulite is back in full force. However, I have recently gone on The Master Cleanse and started body brushing again. This will be a great test as I am now late 30ies and my life is about to take a dramatic change. I will be changing my eating habits after the cleanse and exercising and continuing with the brushing. We'll see if age has anything to do with getting rid of my cellulite. I also heard that the degree in which you get cellulite is hereditary and if that is the case I'm doomed because my Mom has a mean case and she isn't overweight.(maybe 5-10 lbs. at any given time). I am going to try really hard to get that smooth soft skin that looks so great in short shorts.lol.
Of course EXERCISE and DIET have everything to do with the cellulite factor, buth the brushing does help tremendously.
