You are using the same products I use. I bought some of the Yerba Prima whole husk psyllium to compare with the powder last year. You need to use 1 tablespoon of the whole husks instead of 1 teaspoon of the powder. The only problem I had with the whole husks was that they tended to scratch my throat and cause a gag reflex. Both forms of pysllium worked equally well for me. BTW-I took the full teaspoon in my shakes, but I see nothing wrong with reducing the dose to avoid contipation. The most important thing is to discover what works for you so you can continue the cleanse in good health and comfort.
