Well, I feel that I can start back to doing my P&B shakes. I mistakingly started doing the shakes while I was already semi-constipated. Even though I drank a lot of water, I was still constipated. So, after a couple of days of having difficulty with my BMs, I took the plunge and bought a bag of prune without sorbate. Worked like a charm!!! I did not want to use a chemical to stop my constipation, so I opted for a healthy alternative. I will then start back to using psyllium and lots of water and then starting the P&B shakes when I am more regular. How does that sound?
