Here is what I've been doing...

Hmm… I think that cleaning out the mucoid plaque must increase a person’s creativity. Yes, I think it has definitely increased my creativity by at least 0.002%… that’s the first time that I have ever used the word “yeek” before! I have used a “yuck” in the past… and “yick” too, come to think of it. You can use these words to describe things, such as: “This is a yucky morning” or “Yick! Spinach… again??” But yeek… wow that’s a new one.

“Yeek Yeek Yeek!” What a fun little word! :)

I’m doing nothing special, really.

1. P&B’s. A tablespoon of psyllium and a tablespoon of bentonite, once a day. Some days I have forgotten to take it, and some days I have taken 2 or 3 shakes… It all averages out to being once per day. This last week I have increased the clay, and even skipped the psyllium sometimes. See next paragraph.

My water intake has gone up quite a bit since starting on the ParaGone a week ago, so now my water uptake is up more to where it should be, close to a gallon per day. (I weigh 265 now.) My BM’s have been more liquid since then. Maybe that’s it. With this extra liquid, I decided to up my Bentonite a couple days later, so now I’m doing 2 or 3 tbsp. of Bentonite per day. Maybe that’s it. Maybe it is “just time for things to start happening.” I really couldn’t say for sure…

2. Multivitamin: I have taken a multivitamin once (or maybe twice) per week, just to make sure I am not missing any little minerals or anything. J Just whenever it crossed my mind that maybe it would be a good idea to take one.

3. Oregano oil: Once a week I took a capsule, just to see what it is like, and “shake things up a little.” :)
4. GSE: Once a week also.
5. CoQ-10: 300 mg once or twice a week.
6. Celery seed capsules: Twice a week, just to do a little something for the kidneys.

I also take an enzyme 3 or 4 times a week, and a probiotic twice a week. I also started on a “green food” this week, once a day. I have one meal a day, sometimes two if I feel like I need it. I count the green food as another meal. The rest is water, P&B’s, some juice, and I usually have 2 or 3 cups of coffee with cream. I still like my coffee! I usually use real whipping cream, sometimes half-and-half.

All other dairy and any significant quantities of carbs I already eliminated from my diet, over a year ago (that’s another story). That’s my eating pattern now. I allow myself to have occasional exceptions to this. Wednesday, for example, I didn’t eat anything… and after feeling a little “weird” or “spacey” for two days, coffee just seemed real good to me that day, so I had two pots of coffee that day. Yesterday, I had a pizza. That’s rare. I usually eat meat and a veggie like broccoli, onion, or green beans. Sometimes I have some brewer’s yeast. Believe it or not, I actually like the taste of brewer’s yeast, and I add it to my shaker bottle sometimes.

During the course of all this I have felt like quitting this stuff a couple of times, too. I won’t try to kid you. It does get a little discouraging when you don’t see anything happening. Thoughts like: “Aww… to heck with this stuff… how ridiculous” have passed through my mind a few times. “Nothing’s going to happen.” But I just ignored the negative messages and kept on plugging away at it. :)
