Most commercial intestinal cleansers iwll have psyllium in them so you'll have to do a search.
Other options are flax seed, chia seeds, apple pectin, barley husks, etc. Or just eat a good whole grain cereal like Bob's Red Mills, which is just grains ground up so you can cook them and eat them hot. Great way to get your whole grain goodness and exercise the colon all at once! :)
