Wow you guys are just great and know so much. I have reading this forum for over a month now and still am confused.
I started changing my diet, adding onions, garlic and raw veggie's. Also cayenne pepper. Stopped drinking the pespi. I thought I was doing fine until I started adding fiber. I got clogged up pretty good. Started having problems with my acid reflux again. Lots of gas and very skinny stools and not much of that either. I got the Bentonite but worried about starting it until I get to having a good BM at least once a day.
I have been taking an coffee enema about once every two weeks.
I tried the physillum. It made me feel sick to my stomach. Felt like I was going to throw up, but never did. Switched to eating a green apple once a day.
Anybody got an idea's as to where I should go from here.
