My P&B Shake Recipe


I thought I would post what I have been taking to get these crazy things going on inside me...let me preface this by saying that I am NO EXPERT on this stuff, I only have read stuff here about the plaque and then researched Bentonite on the internet, in general. This is all new to me as of just a few shorts weeks ago...!

OK, originally I bought Metamucil instead of the pure psyllium...I think the complaint against this stuff is the Sugar content, but it certainly tastes better than the pure stuff. I used most of that container and along with that I finished off a small bottle of White Plains bentonite. I used two pretty big teaspoons of Metamucil and at first measured the clay with by tablespoon...then I started to 'best guess' and just poured it into the glass. I wasn't shy about the amount, but I don't think I went overboard...I took and take 3 of these per day.

BTW, had my third BM (I still can't believe I'm typing this!) tonight and there was some more, but not nearly as crazy as the previous two.

I don't have a set time that I take the shakes...just not right around a meal...the same goes with the ParaGone. Just whenever I have an empty stomach, I go for it.

I feel good and probably better, but it's still very weird to have the knowledge that something like that was inside me. I get a lump in my throat thinking about it, actually. I hope, if there is more, that it keeps coming out. I'm taking more Bentonite now, along with White Plains powdered psyllium and I use a level teaspoon of this stuff as it seems to be far more potent than the Metamucil...it swells up like nobody's business. It tastes bad, but a little lemon is good, along with hot water...it's almost like what oatmeal at the Munster's house must be like.

I have seen on the web that there is apparently a synnergy between the clay and the psyllium...so I think the combo must really be working something good on me, at least.

I also drink 5-6 32 ounce bottles of filtered water per day. I take a ton of vitamin C, a clove of raw garlic, and cayenne pepper on most everything I eat or sprinkled into my mouth full of water...(which I love doing!). And other various vitamins and stuff...but that's the main stuff.

So that's basically it...I'm tickled it has worked like this, but like I said, it still creeps me out. Just glad to be getting rid of it...!!!!!!
