Re: Garlic Enemas too often?

I had pinworms when I was a kid, and I must say that the pharmeceutical solution for pinworms is one of the only ones I heartily endorse. It actually works and works quick. That and washing everything will keep you from getting reinfected over and over.

My recommendation for enemas in general is to only use coffee enemas at the beginning of a series to dissolve mucous, but then switch to plain saline solution, as coffee is hard on the adrenal glands. If the garlic enemas work for you then go for it! Trust your body. :)

I also like adding certain things to the plain water/salt enemas for de-toxing, such as Bentonite clay, chlorophyll, and from what I've read, food-grade hydrogen peroxide, when properly diluted, does wonders.

There are many recipes for medicinal enemas but they all depend on your body type and what you're trying to accomplish.
