Anyone hear of this WARNING ????

Hi,

I'm currently on the Cleansing and De-Tox program by Arise & Shine dot com. I just found an article by Health Canada stating not to use their products since they have found that one of the products called "Chomper", can actually promote a cardiac arrest. Has anyone heard of this or had any problems with their products? Are there any testimonies? I am a little concerned, so any help would be apppreciated.
