Hi you all,

Im about at the same level as you are and am looking for the best options to do my first bowel cleanse.
Recipes that worked well for some of you are very much appreciated.
What do you think about using a ready mixed program like Robert Grays formula.
Since I live in Austria and stuff might not be as widely available as it is in the States, I woud really appreciate some creative ideas to help me get everything I need together.
