Just been circumcised

Hi ive just been circumcised due to medical reasons. ive had phimosis for a long time but have been too afradi to do something about it. Until now....
The thing is, the head of my penis has hardly ever seen daylight and is therefore very sensitive. now i have had it done, it is worse! does anyone know if the sensitivity will get any better and roughly how long it will take. im going out of my mind...
