So why's that deemed to be "goofy?" She's stating only that she misses the fact that he had a penis that was complete and more pleasant to her than others she's experienced since. A complete penis is a very different experience from a circumcised one and is used in a very different sort of way. A gentle, probing device rather than an insensitive blunt instrument.
