Re: sick from Maker's Diet

I am talking about either buying cultured food like sourkrat, yogurt, or kefir, etc. or making your own. Alot of health food stores have the Helios kefir and it is really good, I am pretty sure it is the one that Jordin Rubin recomends. I buy it at Wild Oats. We mix the plain with the flavored. Also, Wild Oats has the Bubbies pickles and sourkrat. And the Maker's Diet book has recipes for cultured veggies (the ones with whey, like the salsa) and fermented drinks. Also the Nourishing Traditions book is full of these recipes. I think eating these foods, especially with meals is one of the keys to good health.
