I've been gradually changing since I read Patient Heal Thyself last winter. I started Primal defense back in April or May I think, and was up to the detox level by July. I think I started buying Maker's Diet approved only mid August. So a few months. I've just now in this past couple weeks kicked that uncontrollable urge to cheat on ice cream. I'm finally to the point where I get ill if I eat something that isn't 'food', and that's awesome motivation not to eat it!
