I have both patient heal thyself and the makers diet (both came with supplements I bought) Anyway, I skimmed through the book real fast and what Jordan is saying seems to be correct. I know he wants to limit carbs, but what is grain bread that he talks about being ok? Is wheat ok on the makers diet? Also whaeredoes one get the freerange meats? What should I look or on the package? Is organic enough, or does it have to say free range and orgaic (what words am I ooking for?)
When speaking of butter, is he referring to regular butter you get at the store? And where can you get raw milk?
