I have never had a problem with resisting sugar. I'm 56, had sudden onset of chronic fatigue when 34. Got well in 8-12 months by doing holistic protocal, including no sugar. Only when I allow sugars into my life regularly do I get ill. Just got done detoxing from reactions to too much Sugar over vacation, don't think I'll do that again!!!!!!! I don't eat white flour items, and am drinking only one cup of coffee a day. The white flours raise your sugar's quickly, then dump. Same with caffine. I was recently tested for slow reacting foods for reaction-------sugar was on the list!!!
