Re: Avoided Gallbladder Surgery by Flushing
Hi Anon,
Getting 20 stones out on your first
Liver Flush is great! Sounds to me like you had a very sucessful flush! I hope you can get your tooth taken care of soon. I'll bet the natural
Sugar in the apple juice irritated the cavity. I find it is better to eat sparse and light right before flushing.
The reason for all of the apple juice for at least 3 days in a row (sometimes I take it for a few days longer) is that the malic acid in apple juice softens and breaks down the stones for easier removal. When you can't do juice, you can take malic acid in capsule form to substitute for one or more servings of the 4 glasses that should be consumed in a day. Malic acid can be purchaced at the health food store or on line - it's not expensive. Many people use it for added energy) The directions I posted here is the exact proceedure. (I believe when we do this we should follow whatever protocol we choose to the letter - details are very important)
For the past 2 years I've been doing a (at least) 50% raw diet too. I also have done as many experts say, and eat only raw fruit in the morning, as it continues the cleansing process that our body is in as we sleep. After 12 noon I switch to vegtables as they are the body 'builders'. I've read several places that it is not good to eat fruit and vegetables in the same meal. Apples and lemons are the expection and can be added to fresh juices.
I've read that when we release the stones in the front of the liver, the ones in the rear come down to the front, so I'm happy to hear that you are planning to do another flush in 2 weeks and please, come back and let us know how it goes! I'm planning to do one tonite or tomorrow night - I think it is my 8th one.
Whoops, I just noticed that we are in the 'debate forum' - you will find a lot of good tips, infomation and support in the
