painful knot - maybe blocked w/ stones?

I flushed two weeks ago with no stones but I now have a growth or knot about three inches below my breasts in the center of the upper stomach area. It's hard & sore to the touch. Also, I've been constipation & been belching non-stop. To top off all this discomfort - my mid-back has been killing me too. Could this be blocked intestions of A TUMOR? I'm very concerned - please advise.
