you posts might be more helpful if you took the time to explain why "anyone who really knows what gallstone ileus is would know that is not the case. " otherwise it just sounds like so much fluffed up argument with no real basis as i suspect it is. why are you afraid of just plainly stating your argument if you have one? what are you hiding behind comments like that?
