Liver flush for FATTY Liver??

My husband has fatty liver, 'unspecified hepatitis'. He doesn't drink now, in the past he didn't drink much either.
He is overweight, 6'1" - 240 pounds, 45 years old. Gets tired very often.
Can he do a liver flush, should he do mucoid plaque first, then parasite, and then flush?

does anyone recommend Oxypowder for mucoid plaque cleanse?
