From Rubal

I have been interested in health matters most of my life, my mother 'forced' natural foods on me as I was growing up, I left those 'safe waters' and smoked and drank. I gave that away, and returned again fairly natural eating when my own children were born, and that's where I've been ever since.

I have been on several 'grape cures', and a couple of 'liver cleanses', with good results, and have been trying to force my tastes to wanting mostly raw foods...hard. I can do it every now and then, but I swing back to eating cooked foods again.

I had 3 art exhibitions before I started teaching in high school (English, History, & a little Art), these were executed in oils, but I started painting in acrylics 12 months ago (hard to blend). I have been feeling my way and have painted flowers, and beach scenes (I live on the coast in Australia), these all have a photographic quality about them, so I am hoping that the Spirit will touch me and I'll develop a 'style'.
