need some advice

hey. i'm really nervous cuz we're starting swimming for a month in gym and i'm really self concious about my scars. they're not too noticible b/c they're not very deep, but i don't want anyone to ask about them. if they do what do i say? most of the cuts and scratches are on my left arm. i'm hoping they look like normal scars or whatever, but i'm still so nervous about revealing so much of my skin and there's no way of hiding the scars, is there? can you help me here?
