I believe this too, most are not really crazy, something is causing it. Sometimes it is something like mercury, other times,
held in anger and hate.

Many times it is very easy to hate some people, what they do to us. Best to try to get away from them as soon as possible, and to try to deal with inner hate and anger.

If you REALLY sit there and think about what you do to yourself, and think what you are really doing, I bet you would not do it.

YOU have been given the gift of life, and to have someone do something to you, or abuse you, then go away, and here YOU are having to deal with THEIR sick &)()*() that they did to you, well! that is just not right, and you are then giving them
your power, to let you continue to hurt yourself.

YOU deserve much more then mutilating yourself, you deserve
to have inner peace, and JOY.

Dont hurt yourself anymore, it is not your fault if someone did something to you. You are worth much more then that.

You are meant to soar through this life, on earth, with joy happiness and so on.

HOW! dare someone take away your joy, or make you sad.

Take back your power and soar through this great life that was given to you.
Take those feelings, throught them out the window, baptize yourself if you want in the hills, and be PURE! and get on with this great life.
If you are not religious or spiritual, then just throw those feelings out the window, and live!! you will be happy you did.

THIS! is your life, and you are meant be happy, not have it ruined by some measly SICK morsel of sick flesh.
