I have shoulder length straight fine hair and had 8 cysts removed from my scalp a few years ago. A couple were quite large and they shaved more area around these but most people never noticed and when the hair started to come back in and covered the bald patch (a matter of a few days) no one seemed to notice at all. Parting my hair a little off center helped alot. When I expressed my concern about people staring at me to my doctor he told to be thankful that they were on my scalp instead of my face....made sense to me. Tweet
