I have first book by Shakti Gawain, I should reread it nd I will buy the second one. As for leaving, I think that is what they want so they can have a free ride. I have often asked myself why are they not doing the same to other project managers who are on the same level as me. I know that it is my projetcions that are reflected back to me. I try to be totally honest and fair, but total candidness may not help by calling a meeting. hat would be calling a kettle black. They may get more fearful. They set up couple of traps for me by asking their favorite vendors to give me some work on the side. I said no to the vendors. They failed so they get more worried. You are right it is making me stronger.

I will just have to look at perfecting myself and not see their faults or games.

I will try EFT.
