Definition of Anxiety

Anxiety is the agitation that prevails in the Cosmos because of the absence of spiritual values. Anxiety is the reciprocation of the soul under sin nature control by which spiritual values become forfeit. Fear has an object; however, Anxiety has no object. The Power of anxiety is in its ambiguity.

Anxiety anticipates the worst in subjective pessimism. A personal sense of destiny has an optimism. The anxious soul will excuse itself from participation in life. If we are not believing all things and hoping all things then we are in anxiety. A personal sense of destiny has an inherent sense of belonging. In that we are at home with Jesus Christ. We have a sense of belonging in position and fulfillment of the spiritual life. A believer with anxiety has positive misery. A believer minus anxiety has extra-ordinary happiness. Anxiety comes from the lack of advance in the spiritual life. Anxiety has no object; however, fear does have an object. Anxiety is the lack of spiritual values and the lack of the calm vigor of mind that comes with thinking with God. Anxiety is a general sense that something bad is going to happen without the knowledge of what that something is: The Power of anxiety is its ambiguity. Anxiety is a subjective pessimism. Anxiety is the pre-traumatic Stress Syndrome. Anxiety has stress for what it has not faced yet. Anxiety creates a situation where you cannot face the smallest pressures in life. Anxiety will kill you. We live in a time of abnormal anxiety. Anxiety is not worry it is something that is far deeper.

Anxiety forfeits spiritual values. Anxiety is the reciprocation of the soul under the control of the Cosmos. There is a deep agitation in thinking with the Cosmos. The Cosmos is driven by excessive ambition and powerlust.

Anxiety characterizes a soul that is in distress. Anxiety is so deep and profound that is the means for which believers excuse themselves from the spiritual life. A neurotic anxiety grips the souls of so many believer's today. Anxiety comes from a soul that is reciprocating the Cosmos. Anxiety is an anti personal grenade that Satan uses to attack the soul. We did not receive a spirit that values the material things of this world. We should value the spiritual values.
Phillipians attacks the spirit of anxiety.

Romans 8:15 For you did not receive a spirit that makes you a slave again to fear, but you received the Spirit of sonship.[1] And by him we cry, "Abba,[2] Father."
1. Anxiety is a very deep and profound problem. Anxiety is not worry it is something that is far deeper. Anxiety is vague and ambiguous. Anxiety is a larger enemy than fear.
2. Anxiety is Satan's anti personal grenade. We did not receive the spirit of the cosmos. We may know the things by which God has Graced us out. We do not have a spirit of fear but a spirit of adoption. Believers fail in the Spiritual life because of anxiety. Anxiety attacks the most gifted and the most deeply devoted to Bible Doctrine.
3. The garbage in the soul that produces anxiety must be flushed out by a waterfall of Bible Doctrine.

1st Corinthians 2:12 We have not received the spirit of the world but the Spirit who is from God, that we may understand what God has freely given us.
4. Anxiety will destroy the spiritual life and any quality of life. Anxiety is caused sometimes by things that are unresolved. Anxiety will create an Indecisiveness in life. Our words will leak the life out of us. We are laid wide open to anxiety when our words are negative or obscene. Our spiritual vigor is leaked out because of our words or our yieldedness to the Old Sin Nature.

Calm Vigor of Mind
The Calm vigor of mind produces a toughness in the spiritual life. It is a spirit of devotion and determination.

We have the idea of power that is a resolution in the soul. We have a calm vigor of mind. We have the anti-thesis of anxiety. In the Greek the idea is of a calm vigor of mind. We have a tranquil energy in thinking with God. There is a deep agitation when thinking with the Cosmos.

Anxiety is the agitation that comes from the Cosmos. Anxiety surrenders to slavery of all kinds.

The anxious soul excuses itself from participation in the spiritual life and then anxiety destroys the quality of life. Anxiety in the soul of the believer makes him more miserable than the unbeliever. The Spirit of Phillipians avenges the spirit of anxiety. The Garbage in the stream of consciousness of believers in the United States needs to be flushed out. Phillipians was written when Paul execution was impending. If anyone had a reason for anxiety it was Paul. Anxiety is an all encompassing problem. When anxiety is defeated then worries can be defeated one by one. The solution for anxiety is synergistic and not simplistic. Phillipians is intensely confrontational to anxiety.
The Engine of Anxiety

The Cosmos is agitated by the engine that drives it. What drives the Cosmos is inordinate competition.

What drives the Cosmos is excessive ambition and the drive for dominance. God has not made the spiritual life competitive. The engine that drives the spiritual life is not competive. We should have a resolve in our soul that is compatible with eternal values and not material values. When we have the lack of resolve towards the spiritual values then we open the door for anxiety.

The engine that drives the spiritual life is the Spirit of God. There is a drive that is compatible with eternal spiritual values and not material values. Social and professional values should not be at the fore front of the life.

The first step to surrendering to anxiety is the lack of resolve in keeping the spiritual life first. Anxiety surrenders to fear of all kinds. A water fall of Bible Doctrine is needed to flush out anxiety in the soul and not just a few drops of Doctrine. We should have a drive for the eternal values. We should have an inner drive for having spiritual values at the front of the soul. Anxiety will castrate the strongest man and exhaust the strongest woman.

Excessive ambition is the engine that drives Satan's Cosmic System. God has not made the spiritual life competitive.

Epi Gnosis Bible Doctrine involves the reciprocation of God's determination to us. The lack of resolve or inner determination to have spiritual values at the for-front of the soul is the beginning of anxiety.

2 Timothy 1:7

For God did not give us a spirit of timidity, but a spirit of power, of love and of self-discipline. (translated as a calm vigor of mind. This is a tranquil energy is thinking with God. There is a deep agitation in thinking with the Cosmos. Anxiety is the agitation which prevails in the Cosmos.

Philippians 2:3 Selfish Ambition

Do nothing out of selfish ambition or vain conceit, but in humility consider others better than yourselves.

Excessive ambition and power lust drives the Cosmos. The inordinate power lust is what drives the Cosmos.

The engine that drives the spiritual life is epi-Gnosis Bible Doctrine. Life and peace involves the resolve in our soul. Anxiety is the lack of resolve in the spiritual life. We should have spiritual values at the for-front of the soul.

The spiritual life is not interested in success in the 1) Board Room; 2) The Bed Room; 3) The Ball Room; 4) The Bath Room; As you get older success in the Bath Room gets a little more important.

We cannot have neurotic anxiety and think with God. We can have gnosis Bible Doctrine and be the most anxious people around. Anxiety attacks the most gifted people in the spiritual life. The calm vigor of mind produces a spiritual moxie in the spiritual life.

Anxiety is the lack of resolve and the calm energy of the mentality that thinks with God. Anxiety will castrate even the strongest man.

Happiness in life comes from receiving Grace. We can have gnosis Bible Doctrine and be the most anxious person around. Anxiety will castrate the strongest man. Anxiety will drain the person that is a winner believer. The believer has an ongoing responsiveness to God. We should not have a persistent agitation to the events of time. Anxiety is confronted by the Spirit of the epistle of Paul.

We can have gnosis Doctrine and be the most anxious people in the world
If anyone had a reason to be anxious it would have been Paul.

Phillipians was written when Paul was under the threat of execution. Paul was under house arrest but he was totally concentrating the objectives of the spirtual life.

Paul had the most calm and vigorous energetic thinking. We have a have an intense motivation and concentration of the objectives of the spiritual life. Once that we defeat anxiety we can flick away worry.

Anxiety is an all encompassing problem. The solution to anxiety requires the use of synergistic problem solving devices. Phillipians is confrontational against anxiety. " The Condition of Man was written in 1944 just near the close of World War II" Louis Momford, "The truth is that all history is important. There are hidden parts of the past that still survive without us being aware of their daily impact. Long forgotten traumas in history may have a disastrous effect on millions that are unaware of them.".
Cultural Anxiety

Jeremiah confronted a cultural anxiety in Jerusalem. Jeremiah 29:11 attacks cultural anxiety. God is speaking an utterance to Jerusalem in Jeremiah 29:11. We should have a contented soul and a prosperous soul. God has our welfare in mind and not our undoing.

"Jeremiah 29:11 For I know the plans that I have for you",says the Lord, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future"

"Psalm 12:8 The wicked freely strut about when what is vile is honored among men"

There is a great feeling when anxiety leaves the soul.

Anxiety produces minus H. A personal Sense of Destiny yields to plus H.

It has been over 20 years since the fall of Saigon.

Our soldiers fought in a war which they were not allowed to win because of politics. The trauma of Vietnam stays with many Americans and they are unaware of the trauma and what it produces. Our soldiers were not allowed to win Vietnam because of political evil. Military defeat causes trauma. Everybody has anxiety and that is why it is so hard to pick up on. There is a normal anxiety that meets the responsibilities of life.

The trauma of Vietnam still exists with many Americans today.

We should not be one that falls to the anxiety of this age. Under the cycles of discipline military defeat is one of the anxiety that will fill the soul. Everyone has a normal anxiety. Everyone should have a sense of responsibility. The failure to advance in the spiritual life while facing normal anxiety will knock us right out of the running and strip us of our spiritual virtue. Anxiety is a collective and cultural thing.

The Man from Macedonia called for Pauls help. The Man from Macedonia is the father of Alexander the great.

Anxiety will castrate even the strongest man. The believers ongoing responsiveness to God means to rejoice in the Lord. Anxiety racks the soul of this generation. Paul wrote the most fantastic celebration of life. The extra-ordinary happiness is only for mature believers. Anxiety is an all encompassing problem. The solution to anxiety is synergistic and not simplistic. The upper echelon of problem solving devices are the ones that will help us deal with anxiety.

Rick explained that he had a normal fear when he was in the woods one day and he was told about a wounded black bear that was running around.

Anxiety is an anti-personal grenade that Satan throws at some of the most productive Christian people. Western culture has much anxiety. The power of anxiety is the ambiguity that it has. Rick tells the story that he was out in the woods and there was a wounded black bear that was running around loose. He had a deer rifle and he did not know how many rounds it would take to stop the bear. Many of the shootings that are going on right now could be solved by armed citizens. The black bear was the objective of fear, anxiety is vague and a general sense of insecurity.
Personal Sense of Destiny

A Personal Sense of Destiny anticipates something wonderful but it does not know what. Anxiety anticipates something bad: It is a vague sense that something bad is going to happen. A Personal Sense of Destiny is shelved when we are experiencing the agitation of anxiety.

Anxiety is launched against believers that have had the greatest motivation toward the spiritual life. Satan attacks those that he believes may pose a threat. A personal sense of destiny has a general sense of anticipation of the blessing that the Lord will bring down. Anxiety perceives the worst in a subjective pessimism. Love never fails to hope and believe all things. If we do not believe all things then we are in anxiety. A personal sense of destiny has a sense of belonging. Anxiety has a sense of loneliness about it. Personal Sense of Destiny has a sense of belonging. Anxiety believes that it is at home in union with Jesus Christ. We have a sense of belonging in position and implemenation in the spiritua life. The believer or unbeliever that lacks anxiety will have a kind of neutral happiness.

The power of anxiety is its ambiguity. Fear has an object: Anxiety has no object;

We should rejoice with a tremendous happiness. Phillipians has a spirit of rejoicing. We should bring a personal sense of destiny into occupation with Christ. Anxiety anticipates something bad but it does not know what. A personal sense of destiny anticipates something good but it does not know exactly what it will be. A personal sense of destiny has an absolute expectation about something positive. The "Presents are wrapped and under the tree for the believer". There is not exact knowledge of what those future blessings will be. Anxiety is a powerful that anticipates some failure but it does not know exactly what it is. Anxiety is the "pre-traumatic Stress Syndrome".

Anxiety strips the believer of even neutral happiness. A believer with anxiety has minus H.

The unbeliever has a neutral happiness. Morality leads to neutral happiness.

Anxiety has stress for what it has not even faced yet. Some will shelve their personal sense of destiny. Israel was a culture that had anxiety. Anxiety will leave us unable to deal with even the slight pressures of life.

Psalm 94:19 Anxiety

When anxiety was great within me,
your consolation brought joy to my soul.

Jeremiah 29:11 Anxiety Solution

For I know the plans I have for you," declares the LORD , "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.

Jeremiah confronted a cultural anxiety.

Jesus had a normal anxiety. There was an intensity about Christ but he had a calm vigor. Christ fell asleep on a boat during a strong storm. When we panic we should learn laugh at our panic. The disciples lost sight of the fact that the Lord had a plan for them. An unbeliever minus anxiety has neutral happiness. The believer with anxiety has misery. The believer minus anxiety has great happiness. The mentorship behind Phillipians is an extra-ordinary happiness. We live in a culture that is racked with anxiety. The cure in anxiety is not a reaction to the events of time.

Anxiety anticipates something bad but it does not know what.

1. Anxiety produces minus H. This is a soul misery. The believer that lacks anxiety and has minimial garbage in the stream of consciousness will have some happiness. The unbeliever can have a neutral happiness like this: Morality and satisfication from hard work can bring the unbeliever some happiness:

2. In churches today they jump around and try to imitate the happiness of God

Unresolved issues in the soul create anxiety
3. Anxiety strips the believer of even neutral happiness. Anxiety will make some people to "act" happy. In fact, it is an act that some Christians put on. Some Christians will try to imitiate the "Joy of the Lord". In some churches they will "bag tamborines" and try to get happy.

In Carnality we have a sense of purposelessness.
4. A personal sense of destiny yields to plus H. We have selective thinking in a personal sense of destiny. We must be occupied with Christ to have be extreme happiness.
5. The happiness of God is far deeper than most know.

God has picked out our future blessings and has wrapped them up. The presents are wrapped and under the tree. We don't know exactly what those blessings are but God has tailor fitted them for our soul.
6. Anxiety can come from things in the stream of consciousness that are unresolved. These unresolved issues cause problems in the stream of consciousness. These problems in the stream of consciousness are "excess baggage" that we carry around in the mentality of the soul. Anxiety leaves an undefiniteness in the soul. Vietnam left a sense of unresolution on a whole generation. A trauma like a divorce or the sudden loss of a loved one can leave some unreluctant to go on in life with confidence.

If we do not advance in the spiritual life then we will have a terrible neurotic anxiety.

The Balm of Gilead

1st John 4:4 You dear children are from God and have overcome them, because the one that is in you is greater than the one that is in the world.

In Gilead there was a balm that brought great relief from wounds. The Balm of Gilead is a synonym for the Word Of God.

Gilead means rugged. Gilead is in the rugged mountain area. Gilead produces a balm that has a soothing effect on wounds.

The soul needs the balm of the Word of God applied to the wounds of life.

Zechariah 1:11-13 And they reported to the angel of the LORD , who was standing among the myrtle trees, "We have gone throughout the earth and found the whole world at rest and in peace." Then the angel of the LORD said, "LORD Almighty, how long will you withhold mercy from Jerusalem and from the towns of Judah, which you have been angry with these seventy years?" So the LORD spoke kind and comforting words to the angel who talked with me.

The Balm of Gilead is an symbol for the Word of God that is applied to the soul. Zecharia 1:13 - One of the angles comforted Zecharia about the future of Israel. A trauma like a divorce or the sudden loss of a loved one can leave some unreluctant to go on in life with confidence. These traumas leave real wounds in the soul that can only be healed by the "balm" of Bible Doctrine in the soul.

If we stay in anxiety we blaspheme against God's providential care for our life.

Anxiety is intensified when there is inordinate ambition.

"Balm of Gilead" is a metaphor for Bible Doctrine that is applied to anxiety. The Word of God will make us rugged in life. It does not work to commit your cares to the Lord unless you use a whole lot of Doctrine. If anxiety is not dealt with it will become a blasphemy against the Lord.

The Word of God will make us rugged in the soul

Anxiety is like a disease of the soul. There must be comfort before motivation.

The soul needs the medicine of Bible Doctrine applied to the sources of anxiety. The Word of God will make you rugged in life. Once there is a triumph over anxiety we will feel good. If anxiety is not dealt with it will become a blaspheme against the Plan of God. We can be fully initiated in Doctrine but not accomplished in its application. These upheavals in life cause wounds in the soul.

When the evil are in rule the righteous groan. There is nothing wrong with competition on a sports field; however, there is no competition in the spiritual life.

We should not be paying attention to the spiritual progress of other believers
Emotional Black Mail

Some of us are fully initiated into Bible Doctrine but not fully accomplished in its application. There are those that have been studying Doctrine many years but are not fully accomplished in Bible Doctrine. Anxiety has to be substantially removed from the souls of believers before we can have a pivot. Anxiety is increased when there is inordinate ambition. In a political year, politicians go into their ambitions quests for power. When arrogance struts about on every side.

If we are carrying the light burden of Christ then we will be able to help those that are under the burdens that did not come from the Lord

The spiritual life is not a competition. Pastors sometimes are the most insecure people. Some pastors get competitive: Some of the most effective churches in America have less than a hundred members.

Inordinate competition comes from the lusts for power. We should be approved by God.

We should not measure ourselves against other believers spiritual progress. The burden that Christ lays on us is not heavy it is light. If we are carrying a heavy burden then it is not something that God has placed on us. The weak manipulate the strong by guilt. This is emotional black mail.

If someone places to much importance on himself then he will open the door for anxiety. Humility is a kin to happiness in the soul. The heavy burden comes from people or ourselves. There are those that will make us feel guilty. Sometimes we can be black mailed by those that do not bear their own burden in life. Jesus did not even help Judas. There is a time when the children make their own decisions.

Miriam became leprous when she gossiped against Moses because of his second marriage to the Ethopian woman.

Numbers 12:1-15

The anger of the LORD burned against them, and he left them. When the cloud lifted from above the Tent, there stood Miriam-leprous, [1] like snow. Aaron turned toward her and saw that she had leprosy; 11 and he said to Moses, "Please, my lord, do not hold against us the sin we have so foolishly committed. 12 Do not let her be like a stillborn infant coming from its mother's womb with its flesh half eaten away." So Moses cried out to the LORD , "O God, please heal her!" The LORD replied to Moses, "If her father had spit in her face, would she not have been in disgrace for seven days? Confine her outside the camp for seven days; after that she can be brought back." 15 So Miriam was confined outside the camp for seven days, and the people did not move on till she was brought back.

The burden that Christ lays on us is light. If we are carrying a heavy load it may be because someone has emotionally black mailed us and layed a heavy burden on us. The weak will manipulate the strong through guilt. The weak will control the strong by making the strong person feel guilty. Guilt can produce an anxiety that will strip us of our potency in life.

Galatians 6:4-6 Each one should test his own actions. Then he can take pride in himself, without comparing himself to somebody else, 5for each one should carry his own load.

If we are carrying the lite burden of Christ, we will be eventually able to help those that are under deep difficulty. If we place to much importance on our self then we will be decieved and anxious. Arrogance is a friend to anxiety. If the burden that we carry is too heavy oppressive or even unbearable we may have allowed another to lay it on us. We may be made to feel guilty by someone that has chosen not bear their own burden in life.

Our words will leak the life out of us. When our speech is not spiritual then we can leak out our spiritual vigor. When we yield mentally to a temptation then we make a provision for the sin nature. Anxiety is not alleviated when we yield to seduction.

We expand the power of anxiety when we yield to mental attitude sins. Our tests in life are managable because of the faithfulness of God. God is faithful to supply the means to cope. Greater are the forces that are on ourside than the forces that are against us. No one has the power to dimish Gods love for us. The discipline of God does not mean that his love has dimished for us. God does whatever he has to do for us in love.

Arrogance is a friend to anxiety.

Anxiety may allow us to be dragged around by someone that is weaker. Miriam layed emotional blackmail on Moses by trying to heap guilt on him. Miriam became a leaper because of Divine Judgment. Moses was the one that eventually prayed for Miriam and the disease left her.

Our words will leak the life out of us. If our words are vulgar, obscene or negative then the spiritual life will leak out of us and in comes the anxiety. Our spiritual vigor leaks right out of us because we yield to temptation. We leak out our spiritual vigor when we yield mentally to a temptation. When a person yields to seduction then we give anxiety a foot hold in our life. Our tests in life are manageable because of the faithfulness of God.

The burdens of political tyranny and emotional black mail are sometimes laid on us.

Our words leak the spiritual life out of us. When the life is out of us then the anxiety comes in.

Disciples Panic in the Storm

Matthew 8:23-27 Jesus Calms the Storm Then he got into the boat and his disciples followed him. 24Without warning, a furious storm came up on the lake, so that the waves swept over the boat. But Jesus was sleeping. 25The disciples went and woke him, saying, "Lord, save us! We're going to drown!" He replied, "You of little faith, why are you so afraid?" Then he got up and rebuked the winds and the waves, and it was completely calm. The men were amazed and asked, "What kind of man is this? Even the winds and the waves obey him!"

We don’t know exactly what blessings God has for us when He tailor fits our blessing to us. Anxiety is vague and ambiguous and that is its power. Anxiety is a pretraumatic stress situation that comes when we shelve our personal sense of destiny. Jeremiah and Isaiah confronted the cultural anxiety is Israel. Anxiety will create a swooning in the soul that will cause us to not be able to handle even the smallest anxieties in life. Jeremiah 12:5- We must be able to face the normal tests in life. Phillipians is an invitation to get back into the arena. We can revenge the crippling anxiety that has racked our soul. All of the people in Israel began to feel that there was destruction in their future.

When a person yields to seduction they expand the power of anxiety in our life.

The Lord has a destiny for us and a hope. The Lord fell asleep when the disciples and Him were on the Sea of Galilee. Jesus Christ never had neurotic anxiety. The Lord had a lot of intensity about Him but he had the calm vigor of thinking with God. The disciples panicked in the strong storm that arose. It is funny when we panic. Panic needs to be laughed at. The disciples lost sight of the fact that the Lord still had a plan for them. The Lord was asleep in a typhoon. The Lord had a deep concern for the disciples but he had not anxiety at all. We have a culture that is ranked by neurotic anxiety. People will think that you do not care when you dont have anxiety.

1. In phillipians 4:8 We learn to accentuate the positive and eliminate the negative. Plus H is a monopoly. We cannot have the great happiness unless we have a personal sense of destiny and Love for God.

2. Anxiety produces negative H. Even the unbeliever can have some freedom from anxiety. The believer or the unbeliever that lacks anxiety will have a neutral happiness. We can have morality and satisfaction that comes from hard work. However, this is a neutral happiness and the not the great happiness that comes to the mature believers.

3. We should have the freedom to be in a mood sometimes. The human nature of Jesus Christ sweated blood in Gethsamane. Anxiety strips the believer of his happiness. Many Christians today fake happiness because they really have not had the happiness that comes from God.

4. Anxiety can come from the excess baggage that is carried in the soul. We have an unsettled indefiniteness in our soul. Soldiers have fought in wars were the politicians would not let them win decisively. Upheavals in life and produce real wounds in the soul.
