Prayer for hurricane Katrina victims
Hello
Dear Friends.
I was watching the news tonight and my tears fell from my eyes when
I saw the news of what if happening in New Orleans.
I could not believe what I was seeing.
There is an incredible need for prayers for people in New Orleans, and all the Gulf Coast.
The news at 6:00 p.m. reported people dying from dehydration, starvation, lack of medicines.
There is violence and despair.
Please join me in a prayer for the People of New Orleans and all the people from the Gulf Coast:
Dear Heavenly Father, I praise you and give you thanks for all the abundance of love and mercy you have shown us. Thanks for our salvation. I lift to you now the People of New Orleans, and from all over the Gulf Coast affected by the Hurricane Katrina. Dear father make easy for all the trucks and ships with supplies to reach the people soon. Give them food, water. Make possible to feed the babies, the elders and the sick.
Dear father give them peace and stop the violence to create the conditions needed for the rescuers to do their work. Dear Father give wisdom and knowledge to all the people in positions of decision making and in the government, for them to make the right decisions to provide food and shelter to this people speedily.
I also ask you dear Father to touch the hearts of the wealthy in this Country and all over the world, that they can donate the money needed to rebuild complete neighborhoods for all the homeless.
I ask you dear father that your Holy Spirit touch all these victims of this hurricane and that they can be saved and healed. Thanks Dear Father for your mercy and your love.
In Jesus Christ name. Amen.
