Biblically speaking we are not to sue another brother/sister in Christ. Since your ex is not a Christian I'm not sure. I would advise against suing your ex - simply because it would cause you more grief and possibly not even stand up in a court of law.

I feel you would be wise to forgive your ex, just as Jesus Christ forgives us and teaches us to forgive. Then you could concentrate on healing your disease.

There are many other natural alternatives to healing herpes other than IV therapy. There are many herbal remedies, cleansing protocols and nutritional remedies to fight that particular disease.

I pray in the mighty Name of Jesus Christ that you would walk in the full Light and Forgiveness that our Heavenly Father has for you. I pray that you would also fully forgive your ex and your mother and shed off that heavy burden of unforgiveness. Our Lord Jesus died for our sins, iniquities and illnesses. I pray that you would be physically touched and healed of herpes. The God we serve is so much bigger than any disease and any problem that we may face on this earth. I just pray that you would come to know all that God has in store for you, and that you would become aware of His Word concerning your life. AMEN.

I encourage you to please pick up your Bible and read it just as if God was talking to you through His words - it is our manual for every instance in this life!
