Hi, I believe just a good probiotic would help eliminate candida albican infection.
The probiotic should have a certain bacteria count (revival rate if freeze dried) and preferably those with live bacteria would be best. There should be multi-strains as different bacteria works at different area of the GI tract. Make sure that they contain a few colonizing strains to prevent reinfection. Also the probiotic should be protected from the strong stomach acids so that it is properly delivered to the intestines where the bacteria is most effective.
I declare that I sell and promote probiotics and also not a professional health care personnel. Have seen probiotic help many with candida albican infection and got better quickly.
