Oooh I love Bach too!
I love Glenn Gould playing the Goldberg variations...and I love the Bach Cello Suites (especially #1 - I've seen it live a few times and it always strikes a deep chord and I end up uncontrollably crying! It's pretty wild) - played by Maurice Gendron (no relation to me but same last name!)
I also love Schubert's String Quartet in G & Debussy's String Quartet in G minor...both played by the Quartetto Italiano - beautiful.
Those are my favourites in that realm....
