Curious about the SURVIVOR cast re;diet and die off

I've never heard about anyone who has come off the show talk about a new sense of health since having been on such a clean diet for how ever long they were on the island. Certainly someone went through some type "die off" from parasites/fungus/bacteria? Maybe even passed some mucoid plaque? Plenty at curezone have on even less clean diets.
