Lots of Questions about Infrared Saunas

I was recently searching for articles in respect to FIR saunas and most of what I found was regurgitated garbage from sauna manufacturers.  After some searching, I found a great resource article on infrared saunas that might be of benefit to everyone here so I thought I would share.  Lots of good info and it isnt littered with marketing crap.
