Well my first official day of the Master-Cleanse is almost over, and I'm not doing so bad. (knock on wood)
The first drink I made had way too much maple syrup in it..it was gross! So I cut back on the maple syrup, and I'm doing fine. I'm going to start the gym tomorrow, I figure I will add little changes one at a time instead of trying to do everything all at once!
I'm also going to take the advice I got from one of the earlier messages today, and reward myself..especially on day three, since I hear that is a hard day.
I do have a question regarding the cayenne pepper, how important is it? Do you need to use full amount or can you cut back on that also?
Thanks for any help or suggestions you can give! How is everyone else doing?
