didn't feel weird

just felt a cramp twice during the fast (dropped stones from day 11 to day 28). The cramp was just telling me that I have stuff about to come out (was the lower left abdomen). I dropped over 100 stones and didn't do the Liver Flush to do it. Just the MC.
