Day 8 and almost quit/ bad effects from P&B shake

Hey there fellow cleansers.
I took a psyllium and Bentonite shake yesterday with one tsp psyllium and 1 tbsp Bentonite in a large glass of water with a small amount of freshly juiced apple juice. Well, I won't be doing that again. That evening when nothing had moved yet I did the salt water flush thinking that it would help me elliminate...nothing. My horrible cough has been keeping me up at nights so at 5 am I thought I may as well try to salt water flush and get things moving. Still nothing. So by noon today I still hadn't elliminated so I went and got an ennema bag and did that. I had to cause I wast be healthy to have all that salt in my system and on day 8 the toxins are releasing alot. Anyway, coast is clear now but that was my experience. The P&B shake totally clogged me up.
I was feeling so horrible this morning with lack of sleep and this cough, I just wanted to say f**k it and put my coffee on. Alas I am staying commited after a pep talk from my mom. My skin is broken out and I have 20 pounds I want to loose, my lungs are still clearing so I have a ways to go. Can't give up now!!
One thing also is how much izing that my social life revolves around appetizers and drinks.....no wondre I've gained weight.
