Sluggishness could be dehydration

Hey there,

I've found that I got sluggish when I didn't drink enough water (a very bad habit of mine anytime!). I also found that getting outside and taking a walk (even a slow one) can relieve that too.

Regarding stones, I don't know how many have actually passed stones on the MC. I did, and I passed over 100 from day 11 to day 28.

Do you know if you have stones? Can you get an ultrasound to check it out? Most people have 'em, but it's always good to check. I had no idea, but in retrospect, I realized that I had actually suffered from two Gallstones attacks. I thought they were back spasms. The attacks happened months before the fast, but I'm glad those stones came out!

I think your body is wiser than we are...it should know what needs to come out. And if the fast seems uneventful, don't think that nothing or little happened. Some detox is very subtle on the senses, but profound in the bod.

As long as you drink plenty, flush plenty and give your body a rest from eating, it will do the job.

Good luck!

S
