lemon aid how often in a day??

Well, I survived day three. It was going surprisingly well until evening and I sort of hit the wall. I felt really bad, gripping headache, absolutley no energy, nagging hunger. So, I decided to be kind to myself, to call in sick to work the next day, and took myself to bed. I slept for 14 hours and feel pretty good this morning.

I've lost 2lbs each day and am wondering if I can expect this to continue. I'm thrilled about it on the one hand, and it concerns me a little on the other. I also saw on my lax-tea that you shouldn't take it for me that 5 consequetive days (Senna), does anyone know if this is a problem. It was the only lax type tea that I was able to find and I looked several places. I found it at a drugstore. Wal-Mart, Trader Joe's, CVS, and Meijer's didn't have it, only dieter's tea.

I'm going to go out and work in the yard this afternoon, get some fresh air and sunshine to go along with my healthy lemonade. Happy fasting to everyone!
