Hi Tippy. Congrats on being on day 4. My 1st 3 days were horrible. I had a headche for 2 full days (caffine withdrawls I guess)I read that it gets easier, but for me that wasn't true until about a week into it. I'm on day 11, and by far, this is the easist day yet.
