Day 14 and winding down :)
Wow - I can't believe my 15 day fast is nearing an end. I'm thrilled, but at the same time scared to come off the best train ride of my life.
Today I'm 202.5 -- down 15 pounds!
To be honest, I'm about done with this concoction -- I've had enough and need something to break up the monotony. I am taking 2 days to break the fast (Sat/Sun) and Monday I go right into the Medifast program. I feel quite confident that I'm ready for that one since I've just endured 14 days on 1 substance. My goal is to lose 27 more
pounds by July -- when I'm going on a trip to England and Scotland (gotta look good in all those photos).
Anyway, I feel better than I have in a year -- that's quite an accomplishment in 2 short weeks. Who would have thought!
