Depends on your goals. Have you have met them. Why did you start the fast? How do you feel?

If the tongue is the main indicator and it is still coated then maybe you still have toxins to release. So stopping today would simply mean that you still have some toxins riding inside.

My tongue is still coated on day 17. I plan to go until I feel like stopping. That could be tomorrow but might be 40 days.

Take a measure of how you feel and where you want to be and let that lead you to your decision.
