i planned on writing to you the first thing today, I hope you get this. Congrats on making it that long!! Today is day 15 for me. i originally wanted to go for 40, but I think i might do 21, break, then another 21. What do you think about that?? I'm averaging 1 pound per day, which is fine, although the book says most people lose 2 a day. I feel overall better though-sleep, skin, allergies, so that's a plus.
