Hey there, Congrats on your first fast, ten days is GREAT!
Alot of people talk about doing it twice a year, once in the spring and once in the fall, but some people I know do it every 4 months. But you have to be really careful not to over do it, and to not think of it as a diet as much as a cleansing tool. Its main function isn't for you to lose weight, even though that is a wonderful bonus. I don't think it would be a problem for you to do it every 4 months, just make sure you are breaking it properly..etc.
