The book does say no 'canned' or 'frozen' juice however I got the same recommendation to use the bottled juice from a vetran Master Cleanser who has been doing this for 20 years. He has done it both ways and has said that the effect is exactly the same. Just FYI. It's been working for me exactly as described in the book.
