Look into Oil Swishing// Oil Pulling on this site.I've been doing it for almost a week & seeing good results.The oil doesn't have a taste & you could probably turn it into a game to get your 7 yr old to do it.If she starts now,she'll probably keep her teeth the rest of her life.
