I'd highly recommend that you start the cleanse on a weekend (or when you have a few days off), so you can be in a comfortable enviroment to see how your body is going to react. I started on a Friday which was great, because days 2 and 3 I was pretty tired, as my body was adjusting. I ended up napping both days (which I couldn't do had it been a work day). So when you have a few days off, then you can fully prepare yourself for the entire cleanse. I believe the first days are crucial for success (but that's just my opinion - and what works for me).
Day 10 for me tomorrow and if "I" can do this, anyone can. I am/was a sugarholic. Funny - I don't miss it now. I even watched my son eat a bowl of chocolate ice cream tonight.
This cleanse is amazing and I encourage you to give it a try. The benefits truly outweigh any discomfort.
