I haven't gained, but I also didn't lose today. Yes, the salt could be making you retain water. I can't have anything that's too salty or my ankles swell -- so I'm definitely staying away from the SWF...using smooth move tea morning and night instead.
I also took a good look at the maple syrup bottle today. 200 calories per 4 tbsp. I'm having 16 tbls per day - thus 800 calories (2 in each 8 glasses). I think I'm gonna cut back on that a bit.
