Help! Not sure I can do this.

Hi all,

I am new to this and I need a little advice. I am nearing the end of day 3 on the MC. I am super hungy, weak, and my system seems very upset in general. Everything tells me this is the toxins stirring about, but part of me wonders if this is really malnourishment. I have done the tea in the morning and at night, but my BMs are tiny and nothing seems to come out despite the need to run to the bathroom every other minute. I am 5'7" and when I started I weighted 114. I don't know how much weight I have lost, but I don't really want to lose any more.

Shall I keep going? Is this all normal? All I want to do is sleep. When does the energy boost set in?
