new to MC and want to try it, please advise

hi, call me an idiot, but i have been trying to find out instructions on how to do the master cleanse. could anyone shed some light on what i all have to do and purchase to do the MC? also, what should i expect as i am doing the MC......thank you very much everyone, this site has really piqued my curiosity, to say the very least:)
